Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3 tbsp allulose
  • 1 egg room temp
  • cup lemon juice
  • 6 eggs
  • cup allulose
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Method
 

  1. Mix almond flour, allulose, and egg. Press into pan.
  2. Chill (or bake for 10 min at 350°F).
  3. Whisk eggs, lemon juice, zest, and sweetener until smooth.
  4. Pour over crust and chill for 2+ hours.
  5. Slice, garnish, and serve cold.
